W. Vito Lanuti is one of a small percentage of attorneys in the state of California to be certified as a legal specialist inestate planning, trust and probate law. His educational background and 27 years of professional experience make him uniquely qualified to provide individuals, couples, families and businesses with customized, highly sophisticated estate and business plans.Vito specializes in handling the most complex planning challenges. He takes particular pride in his ability to analyze these complicated cases and then craft a creative plan that meets the client’s needs. Unlike many attorneys, Vito takes the time to educate his clients on the planning process and the specific options available to them, allowing for informed decision-making they can take rest in. Vito is widely recognized as a leader in his field, authoring numerous articles and providing training in estate planning to some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions. His commitment to excellence, combined with a courteous, personalized approach has led many of Vito’s clients to regard him as virtually a member of the family.

Education

Vito Lanuti received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University in 1974 and his law degree from
Western State University College of Law in 1978.

Admitted to the California State Bar in 1979, his practice is limited exclusively to the area of estate planning, trusts,
probate, and business planning.

Certified as a Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, by the State Bar of California, Board of
Legal Specialization. Certified as a Specialist in Planned Giving, California State University at Long Beach.
